Common use of Office for Payment, Exchange and Registration Clause in Contracts

Office for Payment, Exchange and Registration. So long as any of the Notes or Warrants are outstanding, the Company will maintain an office or agency where Notes or Warrants may be presented for payment, exchange, exercise or registration of transfer as provided in this Agreement or in the Warrants. Such office or agency initially shall be the office of the Company set forth in Section 22 hereof, which place may from time to time be changed by notice to the holders of all Notes and Warrants then outstanding.

Such office or agency initially shall be the office of Holdings and the Company set forth in Section 22 hereoflocated at One Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 12828, which place may from time to time be changed by notice to the holders of all Notes and Warrants then outstanding.
