Office of Issuer. So long as this Warrant remains outstanding, the Issuer shall maintain an office in the continental United States where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, transfer, division or combination as provided in this Warrant. Such office shall be at its principal executive offices unless and until the Issuer shall designate and maintain some other office for such purposes and give notice thereof to the Holder.
