Common use of Office or Agency for Certain Purposes Clause in Contracts

Office or Agency for Certain Purposes. The Company will maintain an office or agency (or offices or agencies) where the Securities may be presented for registration of transfer and exchange as in this Indenture provided, and where notices and demands to or upon the Company in respect of the Securities or of this Indenture may be served and where the Securities may be presented for payment. The principal office of the Company shall be such office or agency unless the Company shall maintain some other office or agency for such purposes and shall give the Trustee and the registered holders of the Securities written notice of the location thereof.
