Common use of Office Setup Clause in Contracts

Office Setup. a. CONSULTANT shall organize the hardcopy and digital files for the project prior to commencement of construction and coordinate with the CITY and CONTRACTOR for office trailer set-up. b. CITY will designate location for the office trailer and provide utility connection points, as available. c. CONSULTANT will provide furnished office trailer, copier, phone/service, and internet access, unless otherwise provided by City.
