Office Sharing Exclusion. This Plan does not apply to any Claim alleging the vicarious liability of any Covered Party under the doctrine of apparent partnership, partnership by estoppel, or any similar theory, for the acts, errors, or omissions of any attorney, professional corporation, or other entity not listed in the Declarations with whom the Firm or attorney Covered Parties shared office space or office facilities at the time of any of the alleged acts, errors, or omissions.
