Office Space and Secretary. Company will furnish Employee with a private office, secretary, and any other facilities and services that are adequate for the performance of Employee's duties and suitable to Employee's position.
Office Space and Secretary. On and after May 1, 2002 and until the ----------------------------- earlier of
(1) June 1, 2013 and (2) the date of your death, ServiceMaster shall provide to you, for your exclusive use, office space of size and character, and furnished in a manner, comparable to the office space provided to you immediately prior to May 1, 2002. Such office space shall be located at a site agreed upon by you and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMaster. ServiceMaster shall also make available to you, on a full-time basis, at ServiceMaster's expense, the services of a secretary who is reasonably acceptable to you. ServiceMaster shall pay, on a current basis, all rents and other reasonable costs and expenses relating to the operation of such office and all salary, benefits and other costs and expenses relating to such secretarial service.

On and after the Effective Date, as long as you are providing the services pursuant to paragraph 1, and until the earlier of (1) November 9, 2008 and (2) the date of your death, ServiceMaster shall provide to you, for your exclusive use, office space of size and character, and furnished in a manner, comparable to the office space provided to you immediately prior to the Effective Date. Such office space shall be located at a site agreed upon by you and the Chairman or President and Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMaster. During the period you are providing services, ServiceMaster shall also make available to you, on a full-time basis, the services of a secretary who is reasonably acceptable to you. ServiceMaster shall pay, on a current basis, all rents and other reasonable costs and expenses relating to the operation of such office and all salary, benefits and other costs and expenses relating to such secretarial service.
Office Space and Secretary. The Company shall provide at no cost to Employee reasonable office space and a full-time secretary.
Office Space and Secretary. A. It is agreed and understood that Buffett shall continue to use and occupy his current office space at the Company which consists of four (4) different offices for one (1) year commencing November 16, 2001, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. on November 15, 2002. The Company shall provide the office space at no cost to Buffett and shall provide, at the Company's expense, all utilities and services consumed by Buffett including heat, air conditioning, use of rest room facilities, telephones, computers, facsimile and other office equipment and office services the same as what has been provided to Buffett in the past. The only service which Buffett will be required to pay for effective November 16, 2001, is the expenses of an overnight courier, i.e., Federal Express, UPS, etc. Other than the expenses of the courier, which will be paid by Buffett, the Company shall continue to pay any and all other reasonable expenses in order to provide Buffett and his secretary with their offices.
B. It is agreed and understood that the Company will continue to provide R. Xxxx Xxxxx as a secretary for Buffett for one (1) year, effective November 16, 2001. The Company further agrees to continue Xx. Xxxxx'x salary at the same rate as she is currently being paid. If Xx. Xxxxx resigns or otherwise leaves the Company prior to the end of the one-year period, the Company agrees to provide Buffett with a suitable replacement secretary.
