Office; Transfer and Exchange of Warrants. (a) The Company shall maintain an office (which may be an agency maintained at a bank) in the State of Nevada where notices, presentations and demands in respect of this Warrant may be made upon it. Such office shall be the Company’s “Chief Executive Office,” until such time as the Company shall notify the Holders of any change of location of such office within the State of Nevada.
