Common use of Office; Transfer and Exchange of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Office; Transfer and Exchange of Warrants. (a) The Company will maintain an office (which may be an agency maintained at a bank) in Rochester, New Hampshire where notices, presentations and demands in respect of this Warrant may be made upon it. Such office shall be maintained at 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx 00000 until such time as the Company shall notify the holders of the Warrants of any change of location of such office within Rochester, New Hampshire.
