Common use of Officers’ Authorization Clause in Contracts

Officers’ Authorization. The officers of the TIFIA Lender executing each of the TIFIA Loan Documents to which the TIFIA Lender is a party are duly and properly in office and fully authorized to execute the same on behalf of the TIFIA Lender.
