In each case of any adjustment or readjustment in the number and kind of Warrant Shares, or property, issuable hereunder from time to time, or the Exercise Price, the Corporation, at its expense, will promptly cause an officer of the Corporation to compute such adjustment or readjustment in accordance with the terms of this Warrant and prepare a certificate setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based. The Corporation will forthwith send a copy of each such certificate to the Holder in accordance with Section 10.5 below.
