Concurrently with any delivery of financial statements under Section 5.01(a), a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Administrative Borrower attaching an accurate organizational chart (or confirming that there has been no change in organizational structure) and otherwise setting forth the information required pursuant to the Perfection Certificate Supplement or confirming that there has been no change in such information since the date of the Perfection Certificate or latest Perfection Certificate Supplement;
