Common use of Officer’s Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Officer’s Closing Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower certifying as to the accuracy of the representations and warranties set forth in Section 4(c) and (d) of this Third Amendment.

Officer’s Closing Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower Borrowers certifying as to that the accuracy of the representations and warranties set forth conditions specified in Section 4(cSections 3(i) and (dj) of this Third Amendmenthereof have been satisfied.
