Offices, Camps, and Miscellaneous Facilities. Cost of maintaining any offices, sub-offices, camps, warehouses, housing, and other facilities of the Operator and/or Affiliates directly serving the Joint Operations. If such facilities serve operations in addition to the Joint Operations the costs shall be allocated to the properties served on an equitable basis.
