Common use of Offices, Camps, and Miscellaneous Facilities Clause in Contracts

Offices, Camps, and Miscellaneous Facilities. The cost of maintaining any offices, sub-offices, camps, warehouses, housing, and other facilities of Paltar and/or Affiliates directly serving the Operations. If such facilities serve operations in addition to the Operations the costs shall be allocated to the properties served on an equitable basis.
