Offices: Statutory Agent. (a) The Company’s principal office and the address thereof may be established and changed from time to time by the Management Directors. (b) The registered office of the Company in Delaware shall be the office of the statutory agent of the Company in Delaware. The statutory agent of the Company in Delaware is the Corporation Service Company and its address in the State of Delaware is 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, County of New Castle. The Company’s registered office, registered agent and the addresses thereof may be changed from time to time by the Management Directors in accordance with the Act. (c) The Company may also have offices at such other places, both within and without the State of Delaware, as the Management Directors may from time to time determine or the business of the Company may require.
