Official Copies. 8.2 The Employer and the Association desire that Members be familiar with the provisions of this Collective Agreement and their rights and obligations under it. The Employer will as soon as possible, and in any event within sixty (60) days after the signing of this Agreement, provide to the Association for distribution to its Members an electronic link to a secure searchable PDF copy of the Agreement. In addition, the Employer will as soon as possible, and in any event within sixty (60) days after the signing of this Agreement, place a searchable PDF document of the Agreement on the Nipissing University website. The searchable PDF will exclude the signatures.
