Official Meetings. As necessary to facilitate information-sharing and decision-making, any Party may request another Party to attend official meetings of the requesting Party’s governing board when Project-related approval items are on the agenda. The invited Party, through staff or other representatives, will use best efforts to attend the appointed meeting and communicate the Party’s positions on, and interests in, the Project. GoTriangle will be responsible for identifying such meetings and for coordinating advance notice, preparation and plans among the relevant Parties to fulfill the stated goals of information-sharing and decision-making.
Official Meetings. Attendance at official meetings, during an employee's regular scheduled work hours, including grievance under contract, labor/management and negotiations between the employer and the union shall be considered as time on duty and paid for such. Employees shall notify their supervisor or designee before leaving the job to attend such functions. Said meeting must be a mutually scheduled meeting.
Official Meetings. Association representatives who attend meetings requested and approved by the Employer for the purpose of consultation shall be provided official time and travel expenses for attendance at such meetings. The number of representatives who attend such meetings shall be the number provided for by the Employer or by this Agreement.

Official Meetings. Biannual official meetings of the Delegates shall take place in the fall and spring, the specific date, time, and location of which will be designated by the President, but shall generally be held in conjunction with the yearly conferences. At the spring official meeting, the Delegates shall elect Advisory Board members, receive reports on the activities of the organization, and determine the direction of the organization for the coming year.
