Official quotation Sample Clauses

The 'Official quotation' clause defines the requirement for a formal price offer to be provided by one party, typically in the context of a sale or service agreement. This clause specifies that only written, authorized quotations—often on company letterhead or through an approved electronic system—are recognized as binding offers. It ensures that all parties are clear on the terms, pricing, and validity period of the offer, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes over informal or verbal price discussions.
