Common use of Official Unsecured Creditors Committee Clause in Contracts

Official Unsecured Creditors Committee. In conjunction with the Chapter 11 Case and pursuant to either Sections 1102(a)(1) or (a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Company shall support the appointment of an official committee comprised of Consenting Holders and such other holders of unsecured claims as may be appointed by the Office of United States Trustee (the "Official Committee").
