Common use of Offset Certificates Clause in Contracts

Offset Certificates. Trustor, within three (3) days upon request in person or within ten (10) days upon request by mail, shall furnish a written statement duly acknowledged and notarized, of all amounts due on any indebtedness secured hereby or secured by any of the Related Agreements, whether for principal or interest on the Note or otherwise, and stating whether any offsets or defenses exist against the indebtedness secured hereby and covering such other matters with respect to any such indebtedness as Beneficiary may reasonably require.

Offset Certificates. Trustor, within three (3) days upon request in person or within ten five (105) days upon request by mail, shall furnish a written statement to Beneficiary duly acknowledged and notarized, of all amounts estimated to be due on any indebtedness to Beneficiary and secured hereby or secured by any of the Related Agreements, whether for principal or interest on the Note or otherwisehereby, and stating whether any offsets or defenses exist against the indebtedness secured hereby and covering such other matters with respect to any such indebtedness as Beneficiary may reasonably require.
