Offset Certificates. Mortgagor, within five days upon request in person or within ten days upon request by mail, shall furnish a written statement duly acknowledged and notarized, of all amounts due on any indebtedness secured hereby or secured by any of the Related Agreements, whether for principal or interest on the Note or otherwise, and stating whether any offsets or defenses exist against the indebtedness secured hereby and covering such other matters with respect to any such indebtedness as Mortgagee may reasonably require.
