Offset for Other Payments. State Auto’s obligation to indemnify or advance Expenses under this Agreement to the Executive Officer who is or was serving at the request of State Auto as a Corporate Fiduciary of another Enterprise shall be reduced by any amount the Executive Officer has actually received as indemnification or advancement of Expenses from such other Enterprise.
