OFFSETTING POSITIONS. If Client maintains separate Accounts in which, pursuant to CFTC Regulation 1.46, offsetting positions are not closed out, ▇.▇. ▇’▇▇▇▇▇ hereby advises Client that (if held open) offsetting long and short hedge positions in the separate Accounts may result in the charging of additional fees and commissions and the payment of additional margin, although offsetting positions will result in no additional market gain or loss.
