Offsite Operations Clause Samples
The Offsite Operations clause defines the rules and responsibilities related to work performed away from the primary project site. It typically outlines requirements for safety, supervision, and communication when employees or subcontractors carry out tasks at remote locations, such as fabrication shops or supplier facilities. By establishing clear expectations for offsite activities, this clause helps ensure that quality standards and contractual obligations are maintained regardless of where the work occurs, thereby reducing risks associated with offsite work and promoting project consistency.
