Offsite Sterilization. In the event the City has more animals to be Sterilized than can be served on the day the Mobile Clinic is located at the BAC, and if the City has not reached the requested thirty (30) Sterilizations for that week (nor exceeded the annual maximum stated in the Section 2.1), the City may arrange for transport of City Animals to another location where the Mobile Clinic is operating. The City will coordinate with AgHS to use best efforts to attain thirty (30) City Animal Sterilizations per week.
