Common use of Ofsted judgement Good or Outstanding Clause in Contracts

Ofsted judgement Good or Outstanding. SCC will fund places for two, three and four year old children at any provider judged ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted or at any childminder registered with a childminder agency judged ‘effective’ by Ofsted, as long as a parent wants their child to take up their funded place at that provider and the provider is willing to accept SCC’s funding requirements as set out in this agreement.
