Common use of OI S Clause in Contracts

OI S. A., a company organised under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, whose registered office is at Rua do Lavradio 00, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx xx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx of Rio de Janeiro as guarantor of the Notes (the “Guarantor”); and

OI S. A., a company organised under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, whose registered office is at Rua do Lavradio 00, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx xx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx of Rio de Janeiro as guarantor of the Existing Notes (the “Guarantor”); and

OI S. A., a company organised under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, whose registered office is at Rua do Lavradio Xxx xx Xxxxxxxx 00, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx xx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx of Rio xx Xxx de Janeiro as guarantor of the Existing Notes (the “Guarantor”); and
