Common use of Oil and Gas Remediation and Restoration Activities Clause in Contracts

Oil and Gas Remediation and Restoration Activities. Remediation and restoration of surface impacts, including but not limited to removal and restoration of: access roads, well pads or locations, reserve pits and other facilities for the disposal of waste, tanks and storage facilities, treaters, separators, dehydrators, electric and other utility lines and pipelines (e.g., gathering lines, flow lines, and distribution lines), and associated infrastructure for compressor facilities and gathering/processing facilities.
