OLS Subscription Offer Terms and Obligations. You may cause OLS Subscriptions to be sold for a term of any length as determined by You, provided, however, that (i) certain OLS Subscriptions will be sold by Arrow for a fixed term, as set forth below, and (ii) Your election to cause OLS Subscriptions to be sold for a period longer than the fixed term set forth below will not alter or enlarge Microsoft’s obligations under the Indirect Reseller Agreement.
