Olympic Events. Tenant shall make the Coliseum Property available for Events related to any Olympics hosted in the County of Los Angeles, as well as the 2015 International Special Olympics that will take place in Los Angeles, subject to the negotiation of costs, required modifications to the Premises (including the temporary re-installation of track and field facilities), restoration of the Premises after the Olympic games by the relevant Organizing Committee, and other business issues to be negotiated with the organizers of such Events.
