Common use of Omissions or Delays Clause in Contracts

Omissions or Delays. No omission or delay on the part of any party hereto in requiring a due and punctual fulfillment by the other party hereto of the obligations of such other party hereunder shall be deemed to constitute a waiver by the omitting or delaying party of any of its rights to require such due and punctual fulfillment of any other obligation hereunder, whether similar or otherwise, or a waiver of any remedy it might have.
