Common use of On Base Rate Advances Clause in Contracts

On Base Rate Advances. Interest on each Base Rate Advance based on the rate of interest quoted by the Administrative Agent as its Prime Rate shall be computed on the basis of a 365/366-day year for the actual number of days elapsed. Interest on each Base Rate Advance based on the Federal Funds Rate or LIBOR or Term SOFR shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days elapsed. All interest on Base Rate Advances shall be payable at the Base Rate Basis for such Advance, in arrears on the applicable Payment Date. Interest on Base Rate Advances then outstanding shall also be due and payable on the applicable Maturity Date.
