Common use of On Base Rate Advances Clause in Contracts

On Base Rate Advances. Interest on each Base Rate Advance, including Swingline Loans, computed pursuant to clause (b) of the definition of Base Rate, shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365/366 days and interest on each Base Rate Advance, including Swingline Loans, computed pursuant to clause (a) of the definition of Base Rate shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year, in each case for the actual number of days elapsed and shall be payable at the Base Rate Basis for such Advance, in arrears on the applicable Payment Date. Interest on Base Rate Advances then outstanding shall also be due and payable on the Maturity Date.
