On Base Rate Loans. Interest on each Base Rate Loan shall be computed on the basis of a hypothetical year of three hundred sixty (360) days for the actual number of days elapsed and shall be payable quarterly in arrears on the first Business Day of each immediately following calendar quarter and on the Maturity Date (or the date of any earlier prepayment in full of the Obligations). Interest shall accrue and be payable on each Base Rate Loan at the simple per annum interest rate equal to the sum of (A) the Base Rate and (B) the Applicable Margin for Base Rate Loans.

On Base Rate Loans. Interest on each Base Rate Loan computed pursuant to clause (b) of the definition of Base Rate shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365/366 days and interest computed pursuant to clause (a) of the definition of Base Rate shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year, in each case for the actual number of days elapsed and shall be payable at the Base Rate Basis for such Base Rate Loan, in arrears on the applicable Payment Date. Interest on Base Rate Loans then outstanding shall also be due and payable on the Term Loan Maturity Date.
On Base Rate Loans. Interest on each Base Rate Loan shall be computed on the basis of a hypothetical year of three hundred sixty (360) days for the actual number of days elapsed and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the last day of each calendar month for such calendar month, commencing with the first calendar month beginning after the Agreement Date. Interest shall accrue and be payable on each Base Rate Loan at the simple per annum interest rate equal to the sum of (A) the Base Rate and (B) the Applicable Margin for Base Rate Loans.

Interest on Base Rate Loans then outstanding shall also be due and payable on the Maturity Date. Interest shall accrue and be payable on each Base Rate Loan at the simple per annum interest rate equal to the sum of (A) the Base Rate, and (B) the Base Rate Margin in effect from time to time and as more fully set forth in Section 2.3(b) below.

  • Base Rate Loans During such periods as Revolving Loans shall be comprised in whole or in part of Base Rate Loans, such Base Rate Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Adjusted Base Rate.

  • Prime Rate Loans During such periods as the Term Loan shall be comprised of Prime Rate Loans, each such Prime Rate Loan shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Prime Rate; and

  • Fixed Rate Loans Each Mortgage Loan bears interest at a rate that remains fixed throughout the remaining term of such Mortgage Loan, except in the case of an ARD Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date and except for the imposition of a default rate.

  • Booking of Eurodollar Rate Loans Any Lender may make, carry or transfer Eurodollar Rate Loans at, to, or for the account of any of its branch offices or the office of an Affiliate of such Lender.

  • Base Rate Loans Substituted for Affected Fixed Rate Loans If (i) the obligation of any Bank to make or to continue or convert outstanding Loans as or into Euro-Dollar Loans has been suspended pursuant to Section 8.02 or (ii) any Bank has demanded compensation under Section 8.03(a) or 8.04 with respect to its Euro-Dollar Loans and the Borrower shall, by at least five Euro-Dollar Business Days' prior notice to such Bank through the Administrative Agent, have elected that the provisions of this Section shall apply to such Bank, then, unless and until such Bank notifies the Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such suspension or demand for compensation no longer apply: (a) all Loans which would otherwise be made by such Bank as (or continued as or converted to) Euro-Dollar Loans, as the case may be, shall instead be Base Rate Loans (on which interest and principal shall be payable contemporaneously with the related Euro-Dollar Loans of the other Banks), and (b) after each of its Euro-Dollar Loans has been repaid, all payments of principal which would otherwise be applied to repay such Loans shall be applied to repay its Base Rate Loans instead. If such Bank notifies the Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such suspension or demand for compensation no longer exist, the principal amount of each such Base Rate Loan shall be converted into a Euro-Dollar Loan on the first day of the next succeeding Interest Period applicable to the related Euro-Dollar Loans of the other Banks.
