On Demand Sessions Sample Clauses

On Demand Sessions. When a candidate or group of candidates require an examination session outside of the scheduled exam dates they may apply to Aspeq for an On Demand sitting. On Demand sittings are only approved if the computers, exam room and Invigilator are all available and if Aspeq are advised in enough time to arrange this. Aspeq will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible when a candidate/group is requesting an on demand sitting. Invigilators are to follow the same exam processes as a usual exam day.
