On-Site Computer Systems. Owner acknowledges that it shall provide and maintain the computer hardware systems more specifically described on EXHIBIT "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, and that such systems will be installed at the Project. Manager, as the holder of the licenses thereon, shall provide the software necessary to provide the reports required in SECTION 4.12 hereof and such software shall remain the property of Manager.
