On-Site Union Activity. The Union agrees that neither it nor its designates, agents, representatives and members may lead a recruitment campaign, organise meetings or other union activities on the Employer’s premises or during the Employer's work hours, without having first obtained the latter’s approval, expressly provided in this Agreement.
