ON-TIME DELIVERY BONUS. With respect to each of the specified versions of the [*] Graphics [*] listed below, Sega shall pay 3Dfx a bonus for on-time delivery ("On-Time Delivery Bonus"), in the amounts listed below, provided that: (a) 3Dfx delivers all Deliverables relating to such versions in acceptable form on or before the Milestone delivery data specified in the Development Schedule; and (b) Sega accepts such Deliverables upon the initial submission and testing of such Deliverables under Section 2.2. *CERTAIN INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION.
