Common use of On-Us Entries Clause in Contracts

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 16, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution (an "On-Us Entry"), the Financial Institution shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b) (i), (ii), and (iii) are met. If any of those requirements are not met, the Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 1617, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution (an "On-Us Entry"), the Financial Institution shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b12 (b) (i), (ii), and (iii) are met. If any of those requirements are not met, the Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 1610, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with Financial Institution Bank (an "“On-Us Entry"”), the Financial Institution Bank shall credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(bclauses (A) (i), (ii), and (iiiB) of Section 4.a are met. If any either of those requirements are is not met, the Financial Institution shall Bank will use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 1617, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution (an "On-Us Entry"), the Financial Institution shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b12 (b) (i), (ii), and (iii) are met. If any of those requirements are not met, the Revised February 13, 2023 Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 16, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution (an "On-Us Entry"), the Financial Institution shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b) processing, transmittal and settlement by financial intuition section (i), (ii), and (iii) are met. If any of those requirements are not met, the Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 1610, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with this Financial Institution (an "“On-Us Entry"”), the Financial Institution shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b) clauses (i), ) and (ii), and ) of Section 8 (iiib) are met. If any either of those requirements are is not met, the Financial Institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day business day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 1617, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution UVACCU (an "On-Us Entry"), the Financial Institution UVACCU shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b12 (b) (i), (ii), and (iii) are met. If any of those requirements are not met, the Financial Institution UVACCU shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 16, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution UVACCU (an "On-Us Entry"), the Financial Institution UVACCU shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b11 (b) (i), (ii), and (iii) are met. If any of those requirements are not met, the Financial Institution UVACCU shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 167, Rejection of Entries, or in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with Financial Institution financial institution (an "“On-Us Entry"”), the Financial Institution financial institution shall credit the Receiverreceiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 11(b) clauses (i), ) and (ii), and (iii) of Section 5(b) are met. If any either of those requirements are is not met, the Financial Institution financial institution shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiverreceiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day business day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries.
