Common use of On-Us Entries Clause in Contracts

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 6, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), Bank shall credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 4(b) are met. If either of those requirements is not met, Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 67, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with the Bank (an “"On-Us Entry”"), the Bank shall credit or debit the Receiver’s 's account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 4(b5(b) are met. If either of those requirements is not met, the Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s 's account in the amount of such Entry on the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 6, in the case of an Entry received for On-us Entry, Bank will credit or debit to an account maintained with Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), Bank shall credit or debit as appropriate) the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 4(b) 4.B are met. If either of those requirements is not met, Bank shall will use reasonable efforts to credit or debit (as appropriate) the Receiver’s account in the amount manner of such Entry on the next business day Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

Except as provided in Section 67, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with the Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), the Bank shall credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth sect for the in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 4(b5(b) are met. If either of those requirements is not met, the Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the next business day Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

Except as provided in Section 69, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit Credit/Debit to an account maintained with Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), the Bank shall credit or credit/debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such the Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 4(b7(b) are met. If either of those requirements is are not met, the Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit credit/debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on no later than the next business day Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

Except as provided in Section 66 (Rejection of Entries), in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), Bank shall credit or debit the Receiver’s 's account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in clauses Section 4 (i) and (ii) of Section 4(bProcessing Entries) are met. If either of those said requirements is are not met, Bank shall may use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s 's account in the amount of such Entry on no later than the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.
