Common use of On-Us Entries Clause in Contracts

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 10, Rejection of Entries, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), Bank shall credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in clauses (A) and (B) of Section 4.a are met. If either of those requirements is not met, Bank will use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 108, Rejection of Entries, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with Bank WACHOVIA (an “On-Us Entry”), Bank WACHOVIA shall credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements requirement set forth in clauses (Ai) and (Bii) of Section 4.a 6(b) are met. If either of those requirements is not met, Bank will WACHOVIA shall use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day business day following such Effective Entry Date.

If either of those requirements is not met, Bank will Credit Union shall use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next Business Day business day following such Effective Entry Date.
