Common use of On-Us Entries Clause in Contracts

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 8, Rejection of Entries, in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with WACHOVIA (an “On-Us Entry”), WACHOVIA shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirement set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 6(b) are met. If either of those requirements is not met, WACHOVIA shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 8, Rejection of Entries, in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with WACHOVIA Credit Union (an “On-Us Entry”), WACHOVIA Credit Union shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirement requirements set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 6(b) 6.b. are met. If either of those requirements is not met, WACHOVIA Credit Union shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in Section 810, Rejection of Entries, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained with WACHOVIA Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), WACHOVIA Bank shall credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirement requirements set forth in clauses (iA) and (iiB) of Section 6(b4(a) are met. If either of those requirements is not met, WACHOVIA shall Bank will use reasonable efforts to credit or debit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next business day Business Day following such Effective Entry Date.

Except as provided in Section 8X, Rejection of Entries, in the case of an Entry received for credit to an account maintained with WACHOVIA the Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), WACHOVIA Bank shall credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirement requirements set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 6(b) IV are met. If either of those requirements is not met, WACHOVIA Bank shall use reasonable efforts to credit the Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.
