On2 Porting and Optimization Support. Technical Support shall be available at such times as On2 and E-world shall mutually agree, but at a minimum such support shall be available during On2's normal business hours. To the extent On2 or E-world is required to have its employees travel as a part of rendering or receiving the Technical Support, each party will pay its own travel and lodging expenses associated therewith. E-world can elect to receive an additional 12 months of Technical Support by delivering written notice of its desire to receive such additional Technical Support at least 30 days prior to the 24 month anniversary of the date hereof and paying On2 [*CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] within 30 days of delivering such written notice.
