Common use of Once determined acceptable Clause in Contracts

Once determined acceptable. the Contractor shall provide to Owner mylar prints of professionally drafted “As-Constructed” drawings, along with an electronic copy on CD, “As-Constructed” specifications in bound volume(s) along with an electronic copy on CD, two sets of photocopies or prints of the mylar “As-Constructed” drawings, two sets of operating and maintenance manuals, two sets of approved submittals, and other record documents as required elsewhere in the Contract Documents. All electronic copies shall be provided in a format acceptable to the ODR.
