Oncogenerix Technology. If during the Term, Oncogenerix develops any know-how relating to the use, manufacture, and/or undertaking of the Activities relating to the Licensed Product (the “Oncogenerix Know-How”), Oncogenerix shall immediately grant a non-exclusive, non-royalty-bearing, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable license to Rosemont to use the Oncogenerix Know-How.
