OncoGenex Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, OncoGenex hereby grants to Isis a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license or sublicense, as the case may be, under the OncoGenex Product-Specific Technology Patents, solely to perform Isis’ responsibilities in the Project Plan.
