Common use of One Royalty Clause in Contracts

One Royalty. Only one royalty shall be due for the Net Sales of any Licensed Product, no matter what Intellectual Property Rights are incorporated into such product. Furthermore, Shire’s obligation to pay royalties shall only be imposed once with respect to the same unit of a Licensed Product, no matter how many times that unit may be sold.
