Common use of One Royalty Clause in Contracts

One Royalty. No royalty shall be payable under this Article 4 with respect to sales of Products among MN and its Affiliates for resale, nor shall a royalty be payable under this Article 4 with respect to Products distributed for use in research and/or development, in clinical trials, as donations to non-profit institutions or government agencies or as promotional free samples.

No royalty shall be payable under this Article ARTICLE 4 with respect to sales of Products between or among MN, MN Affiliates and its Affiliates MN Sublicensees for resalere-sale, nor shall a royalty be payable under this Article ARTICLE 4 with respect to Products distributed for use in research and/or development, in clinical trials, training programs, educational programs, or as donations to non-profit institutions or government agencies or as promotional free samples.
