One-Stop Permitting. The Local Governmental Entities hereby agree designate a single point of contact to assist the Company to obtain any and all Permits. In this regard, the Authority acknowledges that the Company or its agents are authorized to purchase equipment and obtain permits and licenses in order to acquire, construct, install and equip the Project.
