One-Stop System, Services. A. The goals of the One-Stop delivery system are to: • Align goals with the State of California plan(s) applicable to AJCC and partners: x Xxxxxx demand-driven skills attainment o Enable upward mobility for all people of Monterey County o Align, coordinate, and integrate programs and services • The AJCC and Partner physical locations and facilities enhance the Customer Experience • The AJCC and Partners ensure Universal Access, with an emphasis on Individuals with Barriers to Employment • The AJCC and Partners actively support the One-Stop System through effective partnerships • The AJCC and Partners provide Integrated, Customer-Centered Services • The AJCC and Partners are an on-ramp for Skill Development and the attainment of Industry-Recognized Credentials which meet the needs of the targeted local/regional sectors and pathways. • The AJCC and Partners actively engage industry and labor and support local/regional sector strategies through an integrated business service strategy that focuses on quality jobs • The AJCC and Partners have High-Quality, Well-Informed, Cross-Trained Staffing. • The AJCC and Partners achieve business results through Data-Driven Continuous Improvement (See Attachment A: Description of the One-Stop System Partners, the customers served, and the services provided by each AJCC and One-Stop System Partner)

One-Stop System, Services. A. LOCATION The AJCC is currently located in Anaheim as follows: Anaheim Workforce Connection 000 X. Xxxxxxx Xxxx.., Xxxxx #000 Anaheim, CA 92805 (000) 000-0000 Open to the Public: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - -5:00 pm The AJCC is currently located at the Anaheim Workforce Connection (“AWC”) as described in the AJCC Partners Location and Map, attached herein as Attachment 1 and incorporated herein by reference. above. The AWC shall provide and/or coordinate WIOA services to individuals, providing them with the necessary skills to participate in building a world-class workforce in Anaheim. The AWCAJCC offers the community a variety of informational, employment and training services based on individual needs. Those needs are met by the combined efforts of the AJCCAWC Partners as described by the Anaheim AJCC Partner Services, included herein as Attachment 21 and incorporated herein by reference.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

  • Broadband Services Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), when XO seeks access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of "broadband services," as such term is defined by the FCC, then in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, Verizon shall provide XO with nondiscriminatory access under the Amended Agreement to the existing time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 or DS3 capacity (where impairment has been found to exist, which, for the avoidance of any doubt, does not include instances in which Verizon is not required to provide a DS1 Loop under Section 3.4.1 below or is not required to provide a DS3 Loop under Section 3.4.2 below) on an unbundled basis to establish a complete transmission path between the Verizon central office serving an end user and the end user's customer premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the Hybrid Loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.
