One-Term. One-term contracts will only be given for the Winter or Spring terms as provided in Section 3.1.2 above.
One-Term. 41.01 This Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years commencing April 1, 2010, and continuing in full force and effect until March 31, 2012. Unless otherwise specifically stated in the Collective Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement shall be effective and in force and effect in accordance with the decision of the Interest Arbitration Board chaired by Arbitrator ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ dated June 19, 2012. These temporary employees will, however, be members of the Bargaining Unit and they will pay Union dues and receive benefits as required by the Collective Agreement. It is further agreed between the parties that the student employee affected will be advised upon hiring of this Agreement. Any student employed pursuant to a government grant program shall not be subject to the Collective Agreement. The wage adjustments in Schedule “A” are inclusive of and form part of any pay adjustments necessary to resolve the pay equity maintenance to the date of expiration of this Collective Agreement. The parties agree to review in the new hospital.
