One-Term. 41.01 This Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years commencing April 1, 2010, and continuing in full force and effect until March 31, 2012. These temporary employees will, however, be members of the Bargaining Unit and they will pay Union dues and receive benefits as required by the Collective Agreement. It is further agreed between the parties that the student employee affected will be advised upon hiring of this Agreement. Any student employed pursuant to a government grant program shall not be subject to the Collective Agreement.
